BetQQ Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Casino Platform

Welcome to BetQQ. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and BetQQ ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing all use of the BetQQ website, mobile experience, game library, payment systems and any other services offered through the betqq.ws domain.

By creating an account on BetQQ, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. BetQQ reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, BetQQ may suspend your account, withhold pending withdrawals and void any bonuses until verification is complete. Any winnings generated during a period where age verification was pending and subsequently failed may be forfeited.

In addition to age requirements, you confirm that:

• You are participating in BetQQ games and betting solely for personal entertainment and at your own discretion.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate or commercial betting operation when using BetQQ.
• You have not been self-excluded from any gaming platform or placed under a court-ordered gambling restriction that would prevent your use of BetQQ.
• You understand that online gaming involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for the funds you use on BetQQ.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on BetQQ. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Pakistani mobile number and payment details. BetQQ will use this information to verify your identity as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

BetQQ's KYC process may require you to submit:

• A copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid Pakistani passport.

You are responsible for keeping your BetQQ account credentials — username, password, security PIN — confidential. BetQQ will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. Deposits: The minimum deposit at BetQQ is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your BetQQ wallet within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. BetQQ does not apply any deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply transaction charges independent of BetQQ.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to BetQQ's verification procedures. • Withdrawals will not be processed until all active bonus wagering requirements linked to your account balance have been met.
• BetQQ reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where large sums or unusual transaction patterns are involved.
• Funds in your BetQQ account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payment requests will not be processed.
• BetQQ does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Processing times for IBFT transfers may be subject to bank processing schedules.

BetQQ offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific Terms that will be detailed on the relevant promotion page. The general principles governing all BetQQ bonuses are set out below.

Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free credit awards at BetQQ carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) that must be met through real-money gameplay before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple and eligible games will be stated in the promotion details. BetQQ typically applies wagering requirements of between 20x and 40x the bonus amount depending on the promotion type.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Bonuses have a validity period. Any unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity window will result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being removed from your BetQQ account.
• BetQQ does not permit the use of bonus funds for the purpose of arbitrage, hedging, or low-risk mathematical wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.

All bets and game rounds placed on BetQQ are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules of each individual game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read the rules of the game you are playing and that you understand the risk involved.

Bet Confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation message from the BetQQ system. BetQQ will not be responsible for bets that fail to reach our server due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end. It is your responsibility to ensure your bet has been confirmed before assuming it is active.

Technical Errors: In the event of a manifest error — such as an incorrectly displayed payout ratio or a technical malfunction that results in a game round being played under incorrect parameters — BetQQ reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not payable.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets at BetQQ and are displayed in the game interface before any bet is placed.
• BetQQ live casino games are played with real physical cards, wheels and dice under video supervision. Results are binding once the round is officially closed by the dealer or game system.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) games at BetQQ use certified RNG software. Results are statistically independent between rounds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetQQ and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one BetQQ account, whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent restrictions or for any other reason.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games or any other competitive format on BetQQ.

Where suspicious activity is identified, BetQQ may freeze account withdrawals pending investigation. Your continued use of the BetQQ platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
